Some KVM ECUs are locked and need special operations. In which case, please send us your complete ECU Info list as per this video and add the reason for sending. No screenshot please.
Some are Locked Forever as a theft prevention implemented by LR. In which case, the KVM/RFA needs to be replaced with a brand new unit to add keys. The following is an example of a locked forever in ECU Info.
On very early FK72 hardware the ECU Info will not show it as locked. The CCF setting named ‘‘Passenger air bag deactivation switch’’ set to 0x30 will confirm its locked forever.
L494 and L405 up to 2017

These RFA/KVM are not locked nor do they need intervention from our part. Simply consult the user manual on how to proceed.
